Terms and Conditions
‘澳亚旅行社‘以下简称‘‘澳亚’’条例与限制: 1.’澳亚’确认回传即视为订购方接受以下协议条款。 2.因人数不足(少于6人)或天气因素,’澳亚’有权在启程前后取消或更改行程,也有权缩短或延长行程。行程内门口价格依照确认单为准,若客人对价格有所争议将由代办旅行社出面协调,代办旅行社需提醒游客价格随着景点更新后导游会告知游客,游客需支付正确费用,若有争议,将由报名旅行社补足差额。 3.如遇公众假期导致封路或景点休息,导致无法顺利抵达目的地,’澳亚’司机有权力变更或取消行程。 4.强烈建议游客自行购买旅游保险。如在行程中遇上任何事故,导致自身/酒店/机票/旅巴/景点等其他项目损失或伤亡,’澳亚’概不赔偿或退款,与’澳亚’无关。 5.旅游开始途中若遇团友个人因素导致导游或是工作人员额外提供服务,将游客人支付看顾费用,例如半夜急诊无法继续旅游,’澳亚’将视客人弃权,无退款服务。 6.如团友遭遇航空公司取消或延误航班,导致机票/酒店/行程受损,’澳亚’概不提供赔偿或补偿。航班取消或延误,团友需主动通知接机人员时间更动,若司机机场等候超过半小时则视团友NO SHOW离开,团友需自行前往目的地与司机会合。若需本公司二度派车接送,费用/趟: 雪梨$50、墨尔本$50、黄金海岸$50、凯恩斯$50。 7.机场停车规定,机场接送司机不入内接机,将停于规定处等候客人。送机则停于离境车道,由客人自行办理登机手续。 8.’澳亚’旅游产品订价若含括航空机票/酒店为浮动价,本公司订价会依照当日价格估价。机票价格仅包含手提登机7公斤,不含托运行李。 9.大岩石/纽西兰团须出团前3周付足团款,3周前取消退全额,两周前取消扣除$400/人,一周前取消不退费用。 10.’澳亚’旅游产品一经操作员确认订购,团友若因任何理由无法参加,取消退款如下: 旅游开始日前三天(包含)收取100%团款;旅游开始日前4-7天收取70% ;旅游开始前8-14天收取50%团费。团费内含括机票费用者则无法退款或让渡给第三方,机票列为全损。 'Asian Traveller Pty Ltd" is hereinafter referred to as 'Asian Traveller' Regulations and Restrictions: 1. Confirmation of receipt by ‘Asian Traveller’ constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions. 2. ‘Asian Traveller’ reserves the right to cancel or modify itineraries before or after departure due to insufficient numbers (less than 6 people) or weather conditions. ‘Asian Traveller’ also reserves the right to shorten or extend itineraries. Prices for attractions within the itinerary are based on the confirmation document. If guests dispute prices, the travel agency acting as an intermediary will coordinate. The intermediary travel agency should remind guests that prices may change with updates to attractions, and guests must pay the correct fees. Any disputes will be settled by the registering travel agency. 3. In case of public holidays resulting in road closures or closures of attractions, leading to the inability to reach the destination smoothly, ‘Asian Traveller’ drivers have the right to change or cancel the itinerary. 4. Guests are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance. ‘Asian Traveller’ will not be liable for any loss or injury to guests, hotels, tickets, buses, or other items during the trip. 5. If additional services are provided to guests due to personal reasons of other group members during the trip, guests are required to pay for these services. For example, if a guest cannot continue the trip due to a midnight emergency, ‘Asian Traveller’ will consider the guest to have forfeited the trip without refund. 6. If a group member's flight is cancelled or delayed by the airline, resulting in damage to air tickets, hotels, or itineraries, ‘Asian Traveller’ will not provide compensation or compensation. In case of flight cancellation or delay, guests must inform the airport pickup personnel of any changes in time. If the driver waits at the airport for more than half an hour, the guest will be considered a no-show, and the guest must proceed to the destination to meet the driver. If a second vehicle dispatch is required by the company, the cost per trip is: Sydney $50, Melbourne $50, Gold Coast $50, Cairns $50. 7. Airport parking regulations stipulate that airport pickup drivers do not enter the airport for pickups but wait at designated locations. For drop-offs, drivers stop at the departure lane, and guests must proceed with their own check-in procedures. 8. Prices for ‘Asian Traveller’ travel products including air tickets/hotels are subject to change. The company's pricing will be based on the daily price estimate. Airfare prices only include 7kg of carry-on luggage and do not include checked baggage. 9. For tours to Ayers Rock/New Zealand, full payment must be made three weeks before departure. Cancellation within three weeks before departure will result in a full refund, cancellation two weeks before departure will result in a deduction of $400/person, and cancellation one week before departure will result in no refund. 10. Once an ‘Asian Traveller’ travel product is confirmed by the operator, if a guest is unable to participate for any reason, cancellation and refund policies are as follows: 100% of the tour fee will be charged for cancellations within three days (inclusive) before the tour start date; 70% will be charged for cancellations four to seven days before the tour start date; and 50% will be charged for cancellations eight to fourteen days before the tour start date. Tour fees including airfare cannot be refunded or transferred to a third party and will result in a total loss of airfare."
